  1. That’s because they work in the wholesale market. The real money, savings are those saving retail rates which are 2-3x’s wholesale ones.

    It’s home/building solar, wind, CSP, CHP, etc that is cost effective even against such low NG prices which about equal $.28/gal gasoline equivalent or so.
