Making solar cells as cheap as plastic. If they can do that I’ll cover my house and my car with them. You still need batteries to hold the charge but what a huge step forward!

This is a very important video that many will not get do to education, people should understand that like in CE devices where OLED technology will clean up and reduce the cost of large flat panels this organic approach to manufacturing can do the same for not only solar cells but as the described coating and such, imagine a car that can change color because you want it to, or absorb and provide energy to your car to cool the inside while sitting in 125 degree heat in arid climates. no this video is pivotal for the public to understand. like with many of these, it is not new, but it is Time.

Thanks for your comment! I think you really hit the nail on the head with your last sentence. A lot of the things that we look at here are innovations. However, an innovation is not limited to the “newness” of the product. Sometimes it has more to do with the way things are about to be implemented.
