In order to save the planet we must educate, empower, and engage children with nature.
The Aldo Leopold Nature Center based in Monona, Wisconsin is aims to bring children closer to nature. The Wonder Bugs program engages children ages 1-5 with many different aspects of nature, trying to inspire them to care about the land later in life. If we can get the future generation to have a deep connection with nature, the future of nature will be a bright one.
