As a part of our research in our Urban Sustainability class, we created a video on how Cleveland, OH, Baltimore, MD, Pittsburg, PA, and El Paso, TX are enacting initiatives to support weatherizing low-income housing residents in order to reach out to the underprivileged communities within their cities and achieve energy efficiency and environmental goals.
