Changing the Urban Landscape

Our team profiled the City College of New York team for the Solar Decathlon. This team decided to create what they called a Solar Roofpod, which is essentially a building to be placed on top of an apartment building in New York City.

The unique innovation here is that the CCNY team thought about overpopulation in New York City and decided to adapt by building a piece of urban infrastructure that could exist on top of already present buildings.
