Sophie Kahler

Social Media Manager | Planet Forward

Contributor

Sophie Kahler is the Social Media Manager at Planet Forward and a master’s student in the Media and Strategic Communication program at the George Washington University. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she majored in Geography and minored in History.

At Planet Forward, she runs the social media channels and works on all things digital communication and marketing. She is a freelance writer for SmartBrief, covering industry news ranging from science to retail.

A native of South Carolina, Sophie is passionate about the environment as long as it’s at least 70 degrees and sunny. She loves to talk about the South, cities, pop culture, cooking, and museums.
