I am a junior at Georgetown University studying English, Environmental Studies, and Entrepreneurship. I grew up in Harvard, Massachusetts on a small sheep farm, and spent my summers going to farm camp, both of which are experiences that shaped my environmental perspective, especially surrounding food systems and the complexity of what is "wild." During my time at Middlebury's School of the Environment, I had the chance to spend an informative week with Frank Sesno and the Planet Forward team, through which I became interested in Environmental Storytelling, coincidentally the intersection of all of my areas study. I think of environmental issues as very much tied up with human issues, and for that reason I find them important to address, study, and understand.
After I graduate, I hope to continue writing as a platform for instigating social good, whether as a career or a hobby.
