“Finding Balance @FincaBellavista” is an enlightening documentary about the “rebirth” of a young environmentalist in search of balance within nature and himself. This story takes place in a remote tree house community in the Costa Rican rainforest in the summer of 2011. Shot entirely on a hammy-down HDV camera, and waterproof flip camera, this young environmentalist had no intentions of producing a documentary. This unforeseen and authentic quest explores the true meaning of Pura Vida, the power of the jungle, and the importance of activism within one’s community.
