Zuha Hameed is a senior at the George Washington University studying sociology, law & society, and journalism & mass communications. Growing up in a family of green thumbs gave her a connection to environmental health and conservation from a young age. Through her work for the GW Hatchet and school courses, she has become more passionate about topics surrounding sustainability. She hopes to continue the conversation by publishing for Planet Forward.
