Sandi Moynihan
George Washington University
ContributorI’m currently in my third year as a varsity, student-athlete The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication.
When I’m not in classroom or on the softball field, I’m a journalist, videographer, photographer and web designer who’s always looking for new multimedia projects or stories to cover.
I currently intern for Planet Forward and work as a multimedia reporter for GW’s campus paper, The GW Hatchet, as well as do freelance video/web/photo work on the side.
This past year, while studying in Argentina, I started a blog about my travels and most recently began another blog about photography. I also am a contributing blogger for Letsgo.com, the leader in budget, student travel guides.
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, but raised in Houston, Texas, I love to spend my free time outside running, dancing to moombahton or finding the next best cupcake shop in the District.
