Last Call is a sustainable start-up founded by two GWU students, with the goal of decreasing food waste from restaurants by alerting community members of times when the restaurants are experiencing a surplus. Nora Mishler is a senior at the George Washington University, studying Philosophy and Public Affairs, with minors in Biology and Sustainability. Growing up in the Great Lakes state she had endless opportunities for exploring outside and is inspired by artists who communicate the importance of nature to the next generation, especially through the mediums of theater, music, and dance.
