Guinevere is the Communications and Outreach Intern at Planet Forward. After taking Frank Sesno's "Sustainability Reporting" course, she knew that Planet Forward's encouraging and inspiring environment was the right fit for her. Her love of activism and storytelling began at a young age when she attended protests in downtown Chicago with family and friends.
Graduating in 2026, she is double-majoring in Photojournalism & Journalism at the George Washington University's School of Media and Public Affairs and Corcoran School of Art and Design. Enthusiastic about writing, design, video production, photography, painting, singing, dancing, and anything else she can get her hands on, Guin is multimedia obsessed. She is currently the Lead Editor of GW's photography and literary magazine, Cherrybomb Press, and the Publicist for her a cappella group, the GW Sirens.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois (the best city in the world according to her), Guin is a city girl at heart who loves adventuring and exploring new places. Above all else, she is committed to standing up for what she believes in, learning new things, making art whenever possible, and having tons of fun despite the challenges of being a young person today.
