Contributor

Francesca Edralin is a Coordinator for Private Sector Engagement at the World Wildlife Fund. She also is a Planet Forward Alumnus, who was a 2021 StoryFest winner and our first ever Planet Forward Comcast Sustainable Storytelling Fellow. She graduated from the George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs and minors in Journalism/Mass Communication and Sustainability.

She is particularly passionate about the intersections of sustainable development, environment, and effective communications and storytelling.

Edralin grew up in New Jersey, but her family comes from the Philippines, one of the countries currently most severely impacted by climate change and environmental conflict. Her Filipino background has shaped her to be very passionate about environmental issues growing up, especially looking at the climate crisis through a global lens and understanding how climate change disproportionately impacts the poorest countries and communities in the world.
