Hey world! I am a current Senior at Middlebury College finishing up my Environmental Policy major with a minor in Spanish. I am from a small town called Victor in eastern Idaho. Victor is surrounded by epic mountains and beautiful rivers, and I grew up skiing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, and really just doing anything I could to be outside, enjoying my local environment. My parents were really the ones who introduced me to the outdoors, and constantly pushed me, and continue to push me, to interact with my environment and the wild spaces around me. I think everyone should care about the environment, because the natural world allows one to get to know themselves even better. After I graduate from Middlebury, I hope to continue doing things I love, continue to play outside, and be an active advocate and actor for the environment! If you want to get to know me a little better, check out a video I made of myself paddling around the west last summer: https://youtu.be/u18KEBA7RcU
