Ms. Myers was general assignment reporter and assistant financial editor for the Syracuse Post-Standard, and assistant financial editor for PR Newswire, an international financial reporting service based in New York City.

With close to 20 years of management experience in the technology field, she has held management positions at the New York headquarters of Merrill Lynch, and at the Los Angeles offices of three leading international law firms, including Bryan Cave and Paul Hastings.

Since 2002, her consulting practice, TWQ Technologies, has given advice to startups, primarily Green Sector technologies.

She is the founder and president of EcoTech Fuels. Her role as chief executive officer includes responsibility for day-to-day operations, including negotiations with municipalities, attorneys, investors, banks, labor unions, the EPA, and other agencies.
