Kirsten Nagel

Adobe

Contributor

Kirsten Nagel, a senior customer success manager at Adobe, focuses on higher education accounts dedicated to student success. She collaborates with institutions, leading tailored programs to enable innovative use of Adobe solutions for achieving strategic goals. You’ll likely find Kirsten leading a variety of tailored programs and activities to help university leadership, faculty, staff, and students understand how their Adobe tools can be leveraged across unique disciplines. As an enterprise digital transformation leader, she loves to collaborate to develop strategies and long-term solutions together.

Immediately prior to joining Adobe, Kirsten was consulting with higher education institutions to provide comprehensive and integrated digital strategies and to present significant digital media and digital marketing opportunities for universities. Prior to that she held various marketing leadership roles for leading consumer products companies.

A native Ohioan with a deep passion for music and the arts, Kirsten is a trumpet player and a long-time participant and supporter of Drum Corps International. As a self-proclaimed music nerd, she loves to travel to attend all kinds of concerts. She holds an MBA in systems thinking and management, a BA in studio art from Baldwin Wallace University, and studied interior architecture at the University of Cincinnati. Kirsten is also a graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management's Leadership Deep Dive Program and is GE Six Sigma green belt certified.

Residing on the west side of Cleveland, OH, Kirsten is married with two children.
