Congrats to UMD for winning the “official” Solar Decathlon contest! (I chose Team Middlebury on the Decathlon special coverage page. That’s right–I revealed my vote!)
It’s a shame that solar subsidies have come under fire of late. How can we transform our energy infrastructure without incentives for the consumer?
