What is required is An Actual Achievement Acknowledgement for actual global reductions of pollutants, contaminates and harmful emissions. Demonstrations have been conducted regarding how this can be superconventionally achieved and others can be conducted when scheduled in advance and with representatives from every nation and Province in attendance.
