  1. What do you think about Nissan’s recent announcement about the EV02? “The Ev-02 is expected to come to American shores sometime in 2010. It features an SAE standard charging system, that takes power from a 220-volt outlet, and takes around 4 hours to charge. The EV-02 is expected to run for around 100 miles before needing a full charge.”

  2. This is the first choice the mass public will have. With all the excess power in the GRID every night now new power plants or transmission needs to be installed. We all have 120 volt, 240 volt outlets at home, work ,shops etc

The World will change when this car is released in December 2010, what a great present for America where 60% of the oil is imported, 112 million barrels a day at a cost of over $1 Trillion a day !

And it’s made in America along with the battery pack ! GO USA

  3. were do i go to buy one of these cars

  4. you can place an order on line. They will start delivering them in DEC 2010, what a great present.
There is a $7,500 federal incentive since it won’t use any oil.

  5. @jstack6 – Santa will have a tough time sneaking a Leaf down the chimney. ;)

  6. who would have a dirty chimney when you want a clean LEAF ?

We don’t have any chimney or gas or other fuel than clean electric on our solar GRID tied home. We help the utility and environment while saving money and the planet.

  7. I’d love to have a roof full of solar panels , a wind turbine or two in the yard, and an electric car. All it takes is a suitcase full of pictures of Benjamin Franklin.
