Emulate Minnesota’s Compressed Air Recovery Energy (CARE) System

by Randall C Mann | 9:30 am February 2nd, 2011 | 7 Comments »

The compressed air recovery energy (CARE) system will heat and air condition your home and business at a lower cost to our health, wealth and environment. The pressurized fluid based power system for devices such as vehicle drivetrains will power all types of transportation with out any pollution.

  1. This project has a web site to check out,it is thousand river.com

  2. This system is not like anything you have seen before. The compressed air recovery energy (CARE) system uses wind mills to spin air compressers, this energy is put into large storage tanks, when this energy comes to your home or business thrue under ground air lines it will use my engine to spin an electric generator. This electric power will heat or air condition your home, business or regenerate your vehicle. You will see this engine is made from steam engine parts and the only thing missing is steam. That means the cost of every product and service can be reduced and your health can be improved.

  3. What is the best part of this system is that the city you live in will own all of the (CARE) system all the way to the meter. when you use their energies you will pay your city. What will happen when your city gets a flood of money? Cities across the world will be changed forever, money for education-health-environmental projects like cleaning up our food and water and anything else you can think of can now be funded.

  4. This is a great idea that would solve the budget crunch Minneapolis is facing in funding its pension obligations, among other budget shortfalls.

  5. This project will help millions of people. Will you blog nice things about this system at any economic or energy blog? or call the inventor at 612-327-6452. Ask him what you can do to help get this project moving. Sing the songs about the (CARE) system, or do you know investors that can help?

  6. Thanks for submitting this idea–do you have a video or more information so that we can learn how this project works?

  7. Thanks for your response susanna, every part of this project needs funding. As you look at my web site you will see I have a patent on this engine. the other systems will be owned by the city you are living in. when they become a part of the energy business, great things will happen to the inner city poor.as for now I am also inner city poor. with no one to help me. I spent 12000,00 on the patent and can not afford a video. so after giving up on having these jobs going to minnesota workers, I called every economic developement across the nation telling them these jobs could be in their state. Would you like the hundreds of jobs this energy system would bring to your state? If anyone would please call me at 612-327-6452 sincerely yours Randall C mann
