The Decision Theater is a hybrid decision making laboratory at Arizona State University where researchers and community leaders
come together to tackle difficult problems and visualize alternate, more sustainable futures. By creating scenarios with the use of visual models, Decision Theater is able to play out how the future might actually look.

  1. Awesome! A great piece! Terrific. Very informative and eye opening.

  2. amazing work…great video!!

  3. Good use of technology to help visualize end product/results.

  4. Great idea where there is enough data (a real problem on many issues around the globe). Scalability is a challenge given the expense of the computing capability and the projection/visualization technology involved. But, there’s no better way I know of to help decision-makers understand the reams of data associated with complex issues, like climate change impacts and the implications of decisions they may make.

  5. Great idea to get the decision makers to focus on the problems and provided detailed and easy to digest examples although Tempe narrative not connected directly to sustainability.
