They didn’t really say how quickly any type of fuel could be created. For this to be effective, there would need to be numbers showing:
1. Amount of fuel that could be created by a refinery that is a certain size over a specified amount of time
2. How effective the fuel is and how many items the fuel made from that refinery over the specified amount of time can operate and for how long
I dunno, good idea, just seems like one of those things where if it were possible to recreate on a global scale effectively, it would’ve been done by now. MORE INFO NEEDED!

Hey Matt!
Thanks for your questions. While Algae will take some time to grow, as it is a natural product, it actually will take less time than you think. This process is so simple that almost anyone can complete it at home!! Check out this blog posting on how to effectively produce some fuel for yourself: http://articles.pro2sell.com/science/who-wants-to-learn-steps-to-create-algae-fuel-oil-at-home-for-energy-freedom.html

To learn about the fast-track commercialization of the algae production industry you may want to contact the National Algae Association, the trade association.

I know some of the people on this team. Top notch thinkers. And I have heard about this idea for a long time. It will be great to see it come alive.
