When we’re talking about the environment, sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference. When it comes to energy use in homes, installing weather stripping on doors, efficient light bulbs and water faucet aerators can conserve energy use and save money on utility bills. In Saint Paul, MN, the Metro Clean Energy Resource Team is hard at work with outreach into neighborhoods to retrofit homes with the latest in energy efficient solutions, just in time for a cold Minnesota winter.

If I understand this correctly, this program is being funded by the Minnesota state government. If so, it is a classic example of government waste and over reach. It’s typical of the “only government can do this” philosophy that give us a bankrupt country that is $15 Trillion in debt. If energy reduction information is such a great value, then let the Metro Clean Energy Resource Team try starting a business by investing their own resources in finding customers willing to pay for their knowledge.
