Our newest expert, Linda Yarr, is the Director of the Program for International Studies in Asia (PISA), and is a senior research scientist at GWU’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She is an expert on climate change and Southeast Asia and has been working with communities on the ground to build resiliency to climate change.  She’s answered a lot of questions already on her Ask an Expert page where she challenges people to think beyond dykes and sea walls when adapting to climate change.
